Starter is $49 a month, or $44 a month when billed annually. Pro is $199 a month, or $179 a month when billed annually. Scale is $499 a month, or $449 a month when billed annually. Enterprise is custom. The price is a flat fee for the account. Annual billing saves 10% on Starter, Pro, and Scale. The annual column above is that discounted monthly rate. Free is $0 either way. Enterprise is quoted separately, so the 10% saving does not apply to it. Paying month to month for a full year costs $588 on Starter (49 × 12), $2,388 on Pro (199 × 12), and $5,988 on Scale (499 × 12). The annual rate costs $528, $2,148, and $5,388 for those same plans. ## What does each plan include? A feature listed under a plan is included. A feature listed as not included is absent on that plan. Moving up a plan adds the missing rows. It does not remove anything from the plan below. ### Free: $0 Free is for finding out whether people will talk to your Twin before you pay. It stays free. It does not ask for a card. Choose Free to test whether people use the Twin. Choose Starter when you want a voice clone and your own branding on one Twin. Choose Pro when you need imports, two Twins, client login, CRM, and a white-labelled URL. Choose Scale when you want to charge your audience, need API access, or need more than two Twins. Choose Enterprise when you need on-premise hosting, an SDK, a mobile app, or a custom contract. ## What counts as a training word? A training word is every word in the material you give your Twin. That includes transcripts, articles, course notes, and book chapters. A 60-minute recorded session is roughly 9,000 words. At that rate, the 2 million words on Free cover a large back catalogue before you pay. The limits are 2 million on Free, 5 million on Starter, 20 million on Pro, 50 million on Scale, and unlimited on Enterprise. ## What are conversation credits? Conversation credits are the allowance for people talking to your Twin. Free includes a base allowance. The pricing page does not publish that allowance as a fixed number of messages. Starter includes 2 times the Free allowance, Pro includes 5 times, and Scale and Enterprise include 12 times. When the allowance runs out, the Twin pauses. Aiyou does not add a surprise overage charge. The dashboard shows usage before the pause. You can upgrade, or wait for the next cycle. ## Does Aiyou charge per client, per seat, or per message? No. Free, Starter, Pro, and Scale are flat monthly or annual account fees. Enterprise is a custom flat agreement. There is no per-client fee and no per-seat fee on the published plans. The only usage-based money is the revenue share, and that applies only when you charge your own audience. ## What is the revenue share? The revenue share is a cut of money you collect from your audience for access to your Twin. It is 5% on Scale and 4% on Enterprise. If you do not charge anyone, you do not pay it. Free, Starter, and Pro cannot turn on this charging feature. ## Which plan includes a voice clone? Free has no voice clone. Starter includes a basic voice clone. Pro includes a standard voice clone. Scale and Enterprise include a professional voice clone. ## Can I remove Aiyou branding? Free shows Aiyou branding. Starter, Pro, Scale, and Enterprise can remove it. A white-labelled Twin URL, meaning the Twin address itself is yours rather than Aiyou's, starts on Pro and is included on Scale and Enterprise. ## Where can I put the Twin? An integration is a place the Twin can live. Free includes one integration, and that place is your website. Starter includes 2, Pro includes 4, and Scale includes all of them. The set you choose from is your website, email, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and course platforms. Enterprise includes all of those plus custom integrations. ## How many Twins do I get? Free and Starter include 1 Twin. Pro includes 2. Scale and Enterprise include 5. Extra Twins matter when you teach separate subjects and want each Twin to stay inside its own material. One Twin can cover a single methodology. Splitting by topic is optional. ## Does Aiyou include API access? API access is a plan feature. It is not included on Free, Starter, or Pro. It is included on Scale and Enterprise. SDK access, on-premise deployment, and mobile app development are Enterprise only. ## What analytics do I get? Free and Starter include basic analytics. Pro, Scale, and Enterprise include advanced analytics: who chatted, which questions went unanswered, and how engagement changes over time. Unanswered-question tracking starts on Pro. It shows questions the Twin could not answer, so you know what to teach it next. ## What client and CRM tools are included? Lead contacts start on Starter. Client login starts on Pro: your users sign in and keep their conversation history. CRM integration starts on Pro. No. Free does not ask for a card. You can build a Twin and put it on your site before you choose a paid plan. A paid plan is optional. You can also book a call with the founders. The call is not required to start on Free. ## Can I change plans later? Yes, in either direction. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and Aiyou prorates the difference. A downgrade applies at the next billing date, so you keep what you already paid for through the end of that period. ## Is my content used to train anyone else's Twin? No. What you upload trains your Twin and nothing else. Aiyou does not use your content to train other models or another coach's Twin. You keep ownership and you can export or delete the material. This rule is the same on every plan, including Free. Paid and free plans also share these protections: encryption in transit, encrypted file storage on AWS, and answers drawn from your material rather than the open internet. On-premise deployment is Enterprise only. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are in progress and are not complete. A completed certification is not included at any published price. ## What is not a separate charge? These are not extra line items on the published plans: - A setup fee on Free, Starter, Pro, or Scale. Enterprise scope is quoted. - A per-client or per-seat fee. - An overage fee when conversation credits run out. The Twin pauses instead. - The revenue share, unless you charge your audience on Scale or Enterprise.
