Questions about pricing

What counts as a training word?
Every word of the material you feed your Twin - transcripts, articles, course notes, book chapters. A 60-minute recorded session is roughly 9,000 words, so the 2M on Free covers a substantial back catalogue before you pay anything.
What happens when I run out of conversation credits?
Your Twin pauses rather than billing you by surprise. You'll see it coming in your dashboard well before it happens, and you can either upgrade or wait for the next cycle. We'd rather you hit a wall you chose than an invoice you didn't.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing date, so you keep what you paid for.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free is genuinely free and doesn't ask for one. Build a Twin, put it on your site, and find out whether your audience uses it before you decide anything.
Why would I want more than one Twin?
Most coaches don't, at first. It matters when you teach genuinely separate things - say a leadership programme and a business-strategy practice - and you'd rather each Twin stay deep in its own material than have one that spreads across both.
What does the revenue share on Scale actually mean?
If you charge your audience to chat with your Twin, we take 5% of what you collect on Scale and 4% on Enterprise. If you don't charge anyone, you never pay it. It applies only to money your Twin brings in.
Is my content used to train anyone else's Twin?
No. What you upload builds your Twin and nothing else - We dont use your content to train any other models, The data will only be used to train your Twin and nothing else. You keep ownership throughout and can delete it whenever you want.
What if I'm not sure this fits my practice?
Talk to a Twin of our founders and decide for yourself, or book 30 minutes with one of us. If it isn't right for you, we'll say so - that's a cheaper conversation for everyone than a subscription you don't use.
