Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information (as described in our Privacy Policy) and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

We currently offer a 14-day trial. You create an account and gain access automatically, without manual review. The trial gives you access to build and test a Digital Twin, subject to any usage limits shown in-product (including credit allowances).

The Service is offered on a trial basis while we finalise our plans and pricing. Pricing, plans, and payment are arranged directly with you during or after your trial. We continue to expand the platform's capabilities based on customer needs, and features may be added, refined, or adjusted over time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature, price, or timeline will remain unchanged.

The platform includes the capabilities our customers need today, and we add to them continuously. Some advanced features are released in stages, and access to certain capabilities may follow after your initial trial as we roll them out. We'll keep you informed of what's available and what's coming as part of your onboarding.

Even though access is automatic, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently disable any account or Twin where we reasonably believe that:

• the Service is being misused, abused, or exploited (including attempts to bypass usage limits, credit systems, security controls, or trial restrictions);
• the account is being used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
• content uploaded or generated violates Section 7;
• automated, fraudulent, or bulk sign-ups are being used to obtain multiple trials;
• activity threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Service or other users; or
• continued access poses legal, reputational, or financial risk to Aiyou.

We may take these steps to protect the Service and other users, and we are not liable to you for doing so. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why, but we are not obliged to.

Your material. You retain full ownership of the proprietary methodologies, documents, recordings, voice files, and other material you upload ("Knowledge Material"). We claim no ownership of your expertise.

Licence to us. You grant Aiyou a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and use your Knowledge Material solely to build, operate, improve, and support your specific Digital Twin, and to provide the Service. This licence ends when you delete the material or your account, except for backups purged on our normal cycle and anything we must retain by law.

Our material. The Service itself — our software, models, interfaces, branding, and documentation — is owned by Aiyou. These Terms grant you no right to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

A Digital Twin can reproduce a person's expertise and, where enabled, their voice. This carries real responsibility. As a Twin Creator, you represent and warrant that:

• you are building a Twin of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit, verifiable, written consent to create and operate their Twin;
• you have all rights necessary to the material you upload, including any third-party content within it;
• you will not use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, or to create a Twin that could deceive people about who they are interacting with.

Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination under Section 4, and you accept full responsibility for any claim arising from it.

You agree not to use the Service, and not to allow any Twin you deploy to be used, to:

• upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene;
• provide regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or similar) where doing so requires a licence you do not hold;
• violate the privacy or rights of others, including uploading personal data you have no right to use;
• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent our security, rate limits, or access controls;
• introduce malware, scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as human where doing so is deceptive or unlawful.

If you share your Twin, you are solely responsible for the Twin, the material it is built on, the responses it generates, and the people you give access to. You are responsible for telling your End Users that they are interacting with an AI and that their conversations are recorded and processed, and for meeting any legal obligation you owe them.

If you are an End User interacting with a Twin someone shared with you: the Twin is an AI, its responses may be inaccurate, and it is operated by the Twin Creator, not by Aiyou. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep it reliable and accurate, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. You acknowledge this. Aiyou is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by anyone based on a Twin's output, whether by a Twin Creator or an End User.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Aiyou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that applies, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aiyou harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Knowledge Material, your Twin, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or a claim by any person that your Twin infringed their rights or was created or used without their consent.

By creating an account you consent to receive service-related emails (account, security, product, and support). With your consent where required, we may also send product updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; you cannot opt out of essential service messages while you have an account.

We may modify or update any part of the Service as it develops. On termination of your account, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including honouring deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Bengaluru, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you rights in your own country.

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We will update the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in-product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
